Creating a survey

You can create a survey that presents a group of questions to users. By using a structured format for your questions, you can gather information quickly.

  1. Create a survey rule.

  2. Add question pages to the survey.

  3. Define questions for each question page, based on the type of answer that users provide:

  4. Check the survey for conflicts.

  5. On the Survey Management landing page, click Preview to view the current structure of question pages and questions in your survey.

After you create a survey, you can integrate it with your application by calling it from a flow. You can also fine-tune it to make certain questions mandatory or display under certain conditions.

Note: This functionality is available when you purchase and install the PegaSurvey application.
